Award description

This award will be given to a semester three BSN student. The candidate will be selected by their peers as an individual who best exemplifies professionalism in nursing practice. Funds come from donated and used uniforms from 4th year nursing students to 1st year nursing students for $10 each.

Nominations open in October (annually).

Criteria

The Student must:

be enrolled in third year Nursing Baccalaureate of Science (BSN) program��during the current offering or academic calendar year.

Most of the awards are given to students on the basis of nomination. You will be selected by your instructors or the chair of the department based on your academic performance, enthusiasm, participation and volunteer or work experience.
