Each year Camosun welcomes over 1,000聽Indigenous students聽from First Nations, M茅tis, and Inuit groups, and over 2,200聽international students听蹿谤辞尘听more than 70 countries.

The college聽welcomed its first students in 1971聽and adopted the name 鈥淐amosun鈥, a local Lekwungen (Songhees) First Nation name meaning 鈥渨here different waters meet and are transformed.鈥 Today, 吃瓜爆料 offers over 160 innovative聽programs聽to help meet the needs of students and communities in Victoria and beyond.
